License Model

Service Desk:
ALVAO uses a user licensing model where each internal user using the system is charged regardless of the user’s role. Individual license model applies to an unlimited number of external users for a defined group of internal solvers.

Asset Management:
ALVAO uses a PC/NB licensing model where 1 PC/NB includes 50 defined objects (printer, server, car, cell phone, keys, cards, etc.) in the price.
