Integration capabilities with third-party solutions are out-of-the-box and no-code. ASMS has an extensive catalog of REST APIs, native connectors with different solutions (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, BI tools, Secure OAuth Email, HP TechPulse, SAML authentication, among others), and a complete API Manager to invoke webhooks (endpoints) from any external solution (such as ERP, CRM, HCM, etc…).

Aranda Service Management Suite (ASMS) offers great flexibility and scalability when choosing the deployment and licensing schemes best suited to your organization’s needs. ASMS can be purchased as a subscription (SaaS or on-premise) or as perpetual licensing (on-premise), directly with us, one of our sales partners, or Microsoft’s marketplace (AppSource).
ASMS does not require end-user licensing (Requester), allowing unlimited access to self-service interfaces such as the Customer Portal (Web), AssistMe (mobile application) and ALBI (Web-based, Microsoft Teams, and WhatsApp chatbot). ASMS licensing includes additional capabilities such as self-service password reset, native integration with HP TechPulse for predictive incident management and request approval from self-service interfaces, among others.
You can additionally purchase packages of devices and configuration items in Aranda CMDB (Configuration Management), Aranda Device Management, and Aranda Enterprise Mobility Management (Unified Endpoint Management), to have a single panel of glass of your organization’ IT equipment.
Available License Models
ASMS can be deployed both as a SaaS model (operated by Aranda Software on Microsoft Azure) and an on-premise model. Private cloud offering is also supported. Simply access the solution with a web browser or mobile device, regardless of your location.
High availability, backup, enterprise-grade security, and disaster recovery measures capabilities are part of our standard SaaS offering. On-premise customers can be guided by our technical team to implement those measures as needed.
Native and 3rd party integrations (such as Email, External authentication, user synchronization, REST API, Webhooks, BI tools, monitoring tools, among others) are available for SaaS and on-premise customers.
