ky2help® is a classic web application with a graphical user interface in a responsive design. It can be used on any end device. The intuitive all-in-one software enables the end-to-end digitalization of IT and business processes according to your specifications.

On the one hand, ky2help® provides you with tried-and-tested, certified service processes out-of-the-box. On the other hand, ky2help® offers the necessary ease and flexibility to provide processes and workflows quickly and easily for all areas of the company. The area of application of ky2help® ranges from IT service management processes (according to ITIL) to company-wide business service processes such as customer, facility, product and HR service management.

The solution can be expanded and scaled as required, i.e. ky2help® grows with your requirements. ky2help® can be operated either as SaaS (private cloud, data location: EU or EEA) or on-premise. A change of operating variant is possible at any time.
