Espiral MS is a Spanish company entirely dedicated to the development of Proactivanet ITSM & ITAM software. We have more than 20 years of experience in the market, employ about 100 people, have a portfolio of about 400 customers and more than 20 partners (although the partner channel is currently growing and adding more and bigger partners). The head office and development team are located in Spain, but we also have offices in Mexico, Colombia, Peru and Chile. The target market is entirely focused on Spain and Latin America, although projects from these markets are carried out worldwide.
We have numerous certifications that prove our high quality standards, such as ISO20000, ISO27000 or ISO9000.
In addition, our entire technical team is certified in ITIL, and our development team has the European Union R&D&I personnel accreditation.
We just updated our partner program in collaboration with Gartner, with the goal of adding more great people to our current partner channel. The goal of this new partner program is to further increase and improve the quality of the services offered to the end customer, while allowing us to focus on the development and improvement of the tool, focusing only on the development, while the partners are able to offer the full Proactivanet service (implementation, consulting, parameterization, training,…).

Proactivanet offers an easy-to-understand licensing modality that avoids potential confusion and minimizes the risk of unwanted cost overruns.
Proactivanet can be implemented under the SaaS subscription modality, although in specific scenarios it can also be implemented under the on-premise subscription modality.
In any case, licensing is based on the following scales:
ITAM: licensing based on the number of PCs, servers and/or mobile devices to be inventoried (unlimited other devices: routers, switches, printers, monitors, …).
ITSM: licensing based on the number of technicians that will use the platform (with an unlimited number of end users that can access the self-service portal); the licenses for these technicians can be nominal and/or concurrent (the combination of both is allowed at the same time).
In all cases, the tariffs vary depending on the quantity of licenses purchased.
In the specific case of the ITSM module, the tariff also varies depending on the processes to be implemented.

Proactivanet can be used to support both internal users of the company and external users of corporate clients (or even both at the same time).
The SaaS subscription modality enables faster deployments, minimizing the overhead and requirements of legacy on-premise installations, while reducing costs, risks, platform and infrastructure maintenance efforts,… Since it is a 100% web application accessible via the Internet, availability and accessibility is guaranteed at all times. This web accessibility is also complemented by native applications for Android and iOS, as well as by the use of the chatbot, which allows us to offer a 24x7x365 support service, at any time, from any place and with any device.
However, the SaaS subscription modality does not mean that local integrations cannot be performed, enterprise authentication systems cannot be used, inventory data can be received in a completely secure manner (data always encrypted),…

Depending on the profile of the technician/user for whom the training is intended, Proactivanet offers different training routes and different training modalities (face-to-face, distance, e-learning). The materials and training routes are created directly by the manufacturer, but can later be adapted and/or extended by the partner channel to adapt to the specific needs of each organization. Working with the Proactivanet partner channel ensures that the training is tailored to the exact needs of each organization and does not just train generic processes.
