Positive user experience and a powerful system go hand in hand.

The user self-service is available out of the box. Because end users can use it intuitively and without training, they accept the mobile and desktop interfaces immediately. This allows the single point of contact to be established quickly. End users order their services intuitively, as in a web store, but move around a very powerful and intelligent system. For example, the system displays only those services that match their existing services and for which they are authorized to order. This is made possible, among other things, by the data model and the forms, which can be easily adapted as required.

The workflow engine for every use case
The heart of our software is the particularly high-performance Workflow Engine. A workflow consists of configurable activities that can be connected to each other in the graphical editor simply by drag-and-drop and without any programming knowledge. Any workflow constellation, no matter how complex, is possible and reliably controlled. In this way, changes in organization or specifications can be implemented quickly at the workflow level.

Surrounding systems are easily connected
Servity is equipped with a particularly flexible interface framework and standard connectors that make it especially easy to connect to any peripheral system. This enables maximum automation in extensive projects, such as the connection of software distribution systems in OS migrations.

Even large release changes are extremely quiet
Every customer has different processes, specifications, services and peripheral systems. Therefore, individual customer implementations are different. It is therefore all the more important that after a release, the configurations remain unchanged for each customer and everything continues to run smoothly. This is what the Servity Releases stand for. Regardless of their scope, they run so smoothly that they can be used anywhere else.

Servity is used worldwide and manages more than 800,000 IT workstations for well-known customers such as Daimler, BWI and Unisys. For our reference customers, for example, it looks like this:

Daimler AG from Stuttgart has been relying on Servity throughout the group since 2006. A total of 188,000 IT workstations at 30 locations worldwide are professionally served and supplied. DCON supports all of the company’s locations with consulting and services in service provisioning, software asset management and migration and rollout projects. As a strategic IT supplier to Daimler AG, DCON meets special performance criteria and conducts regular audits on quality as well as customer and employee satisfaction.

BWI GmbH is the central IT service provider for the German armed forces. It operates and modernizes their non-military information and communication technology and also offers its services to numerous federal ministries as a result of the IT consolidation of the federal government. BWI delivers comprehensive IT services, the ordering, provision and documentation of which are managed using Servity. Servity has been used as the central service management tool for BWI’s service business since 2010. DCON also supports BWI with consulting and services in service management, system-related automation and project management.

Admin Training
We have designed the admin training to meet the information and knowledge needs of all users who work with Servity on a daily basis. Over several days, all relevant admin roles, such as catalog manager, workflow manager or configuration manager, are comprehensively introduced to the use of Servity.

Professional Training
An intensive training course tailored to the specific needs of each Servity role. Here, professional users have the opportunity to practice their role-specific use cases, address practical requirements using real cases, and test them.

Individual training
We want to offer our customers the greatest possible increase in knowledge. That’s why, in addition to our fixed training offering, we are also happy to put together individual training programs for them.
