Always up to date - training courses
Training:
- NMSWorks Software shall provide training using domain experts who understand Networking Management Domain
- The training will be a combination of classroom lectures and hands on training on the Production
- Hard copies of Training Documentation shall be made available to all trainees
The training course shall include the followings:
- Installation, configuration, provisioning and commissioning of the offered NOC application
- Familiarization with the architecture of the proposed system
- Functionalities & Features offered by the System
Do you need help? - Support
The Support & Maintenance covers the Support Scope, SLA Arrangements, Escalation Matrix, UAT Certificate, Go-Live, Transitioning, FAC, Warranty, Annual Maintenance, Change Request and Operations and Support activity, Professional Services etc. NMSWorks support will put in its best efforts to resolve the defect by working continuously until there is a solution that returns System to an operational status. NMSWorks support shall comply with the defect restoration guidelines and escalations guidelines
Support Availability:
- NMSWorks support helpdesk will be operational from Monday to Friday [10×5], excluding local holidays, during SERVICE PROVIDER Business hours, from Chennai.
- Level 1 support will be provided remotely over phone / network as per response table given above.
- L2/L3 engineers shall lend support to the Customer in the case of a critical bug fix.
