We offer flexible licensing model to our customer based on the package (Essential, Standard, Professional, Enterprise) they choose based on the feature set they need and pay for things you need.

ITSM includes the number of Technician/Agent (Named, Concurrent), Number of desktop and system nodes, Number of API call for 3rd party Events.

We offer perpetual and subscription licenses for on prem deployment and SaaS subscription is available for monthly and yearly.

We also offer customer specific add on customization service on our platform which helps customer to align the practices they want.

Operating Model

Infraon Infinity Platform can be obtained both in a SaaS model (primary on Azure and Amazon Web Services infrastructure) and as an on-premises. On-Prem model enables both operation in the customer’s own data center and independent operation of the solution on an IaaS/PaaS infrastructure of a cloud provider (public and private cloud). Infraon infinity also available for the MSPs.
