With record-breaking engagement, ITIL TOOL DAY 2024 underscored the transformative impact of ITIL-accredited tools on organizations worldwide. This year’s event represented several key milestones:
🔵 Dual-Session Format: Spanning 5.5 hours across morning and afternoon sessions, the event featured 13 Accredited Tool Vendors, including four newly accredited vendors for 2024. More than 1,800 participants attended both sessions, ensuring maximum engagement.
🔵 Record-Breaking Engagement: Registrations surged to 6,300. Approximately 75% of attendees participated in at least three vendor presentations.
🔵 Global Reach: With participants from 136 countries, this event underscored the ITIL’s worldwide impact.
🔵 High Satisfaction: An impressive 86% of attendees rated the event’s content as “Good” or “Excellent,” while 87% praised the overall experience.
